Instructions for InsertPicture
Microsoft (tm) PowerPoint 2004(tm) Add-in
The add-in will work in any file location, but the recommended location is the Add-Ins folder within the Microsoft Office 2004 directory.
The recommended path is Microsoft Office
2004:Office:Add-Ins:InsertPicture100105.ppa
Activation
To activate the add-in:
- Open PowerPoint
- From the Tools menu choose Add-Ins
- Click ADD
- Navigate to the file's location (see picture)
- Select InsertPicture100105.ppa
- Click OPEN
- Click ENABLE MACROS (if prompted)
- Click OK
You should immediately see a new six-button toolbar appear. This toolbar is the add-in.

Deactivation
To remove the add-in
- Open PowerPoint
- From the Tools menu choose Add-Ins
- Select the Add-in
- Click REMOVE
- Click OK
To completely remove the add-in from your computer, deactivate the add-in (see above), then drag the add-in's file to the trash, and then empty the trash. The add-in consists of a single file. It does not make any preference files or hidden files.
Privacy
InsertPicture100105.ppa does not create or transmit any information to anyone. The only files it makes are PowerPoint presentations that contain the pictures you select. The add-in does not create preference files.
