"Analysis Tool Pak" add-in that ships with Excel must be available on the computer.
Valid Dates:
Any date that is valid for the user's version of Excel.
Any date between 1/1/1904 and 12/31/2078 will work. Some versions of Excel honor additional dates.
 

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

It's Easy!
1. Save the file to your hard drive
2. Open a workbook in Excel.
3. From the TOOLS menu choose ADD-INS.
4. Click BROWSE to locate the calendar add-in
5. Click OPEN.
